Infinidat’s Breakthrough Year of Award Recognition for Enterprise Storage

Infinidat has had an exceptional year of industry-wide acclaim. As the new year begins with excitement and anticipation of what Infinidat will do to gain even more of the enterprise storage spotlight in 2022, the close of 2021 revealed that Infinidat delivered enterprise storage solutions that drive real customer business and technical value, which was reflected in the multitude of industry awards and recognition over the past twelve months. What is so gratifying is that this award-winning momentum came from positive feedback and votes of confidence from enterprise customers, managed service providers, cloud service providers, channel partners, and storage industry analysts and press.

Infinidat was named a 2021 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice in the Gartner Peer Insights “Voice of the Customer”: Primary Storage. This was the third year in a row that Infinidat had been recognized as a Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice based on the independent reviews and ratings by verified end-users.

Infinidat has received 145 reviews in the last 12 months from verified customers in the Primary Storage Arrays market, with an average score of 4.8 stars out of 5, as of January 10, 2022. Furthermore, 95% of customers indicated their willingness to recommend Infinidat to their peers. Many of Infinidat’s customers are on the Fortune 500 and Global 2000 lists.

Infinidat was named a Leader in the 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Primary Storage. This recognition in the Magic Quadrant has confirmed our competitive momentum and the strength of our solutions as a Leader in the enterprise storage market. It was the fourth year in a row being positioned in the Leader quadrant.

The InfiniBox® and InfiniBox SSA enterprise storage systems deliver unmatched real-world application performance and 100% guaranteed availability. With InfiniBox, enterprise IT organizations and cloud service providers exceed their service level objectives, while dramatically reducing the cost and complexity of their storage operations. The reputation of Infinidat’s state-of-the-art software defined storage architecture continues to grow.

The publication Solutions Review named Infinidat as one the 16 Best Primary Storage Arrays as well as one of the top 5 “Data Storage Vendors to Watch” in 2021. Infinidat was also named as one of 8 major vendors in Primary Storage Arrays for the second consecutive year.

Leading storage industry pundit Chris Mellor predicted in 2021 that Infinidat will emerge as a major high-end storage array supplier in 2022.

In the “Storage Innovator of the Year” competition, Infinidat won a Storage Award in a crowded, competitive field as runner-up, and the company had a strong showing as runner-up for “Storage Company of the Year” in 2021 in the SDC Awards. In addition, Infinidat was named the winner as Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Innovator of the Year.

To address the needs of end-user customers, Infinidat works closely with its channel partners. Enhancements to our channel partner program in 2021 have helped to support customer experiences that exceed expectations. These enhancements have been coupled with new solutions.

The channel press has recognized the innovation that Infinidat has brought to market for channel partners to sell. CRN named Infinidat as a finalist for the 2021 CRN Tech Innovator Awards. Infinidat was recognized for the InfiniBox SSA™ system in the Enterprise Storage category. The InfiniBox SSA consistently delivers performance and microsecond latency results that surpass traditional all-flash arrays (AFAs). It is powered by Infinidat’s automated and autonomous software optimization algorithms and extensive DRAM cache.

The storage industry press has also recognized Infinidat’s innovation. StorageNewsletter.com awarded Infinidat the distinction of “Best Storage Product of 2021” in the Subsystems category. Infinidat earned top honors for “Best in SANs for enterprises.” Our innovation in enterprise-class storage helps customers consolidate storage while substantially reducing risk, complexity, and cost.

In early 2021, TechTarget’s SearchStorage.com recognized Infinidat’s InfiniBox® F6000 as one of the best enterprise storage solutions on the market. Infinidat was named the Bronze award winner in the disk and disk subsystem category.

To top it off, Infinidat’s CEO, Phil Bullinger, was named one of the “7 Coolest CEOs in the Storage Industry” by Solutions Review last year. In the same vein, Infinidat is a cool company with cool products. This is why I joined the company. And this is why new partners are signing on with Infinidat every day.

All of these accolades show that Infinidat is an innovator in the enterprise storage industry, underscoring the rich heritage of disruptive technologies and customer value-add. Once again, Infinidat has demonstrated the ability to innovate, differentiate, and captivate.
