Infinidat Wins Bronze Award from Storage Magazine and SearchStorage for 2020 Products of the Year
Infinidat, a leading provider of enterprise-class storage solutions, today announced that TechTarget’s Storage Magazine and SearchStorage.com have recognized
Among the key factors that differentiated the InfiniBox F6000 enterprise storage array in the award competition were the redundant replication, the out-of-the-box NVMe over Fabrics capabilities and elastic pricing. The criteria for this enterprise data storage product recognition included performance, innovation, ease of integration, ease of use and manageability, functionality and value.
One judge said of Infinidat's entry, "NVMe-oF is the headline feature here and [is] used to good effect to provide rapid scalability, usage-based pricing and multisite replication.” Another judge said that “the replication and cloudlike buying model [of Infinidat], along with AI-enhanced caching, ‘provide a storage system that combines performance, functionality and cost advantages.’”
Shahar Bar-Or, Chief Product Officer and Israel General Manager, at Infinidat, said, “We’re honored that the Infinidat solution has been named the Bronze winner in TechTarget’s Product of the Year award competition. This recognition speaks to the power of the high performance, 100 percent availability, reliability and cost-effectiveness of our InfiniBox product.”
The Storage Magazine 2020 Products of the Year Awards recognize winners in five categories: Disk and Disk Subsystems, Backup and DR Hardware/Software/Services, Cloud Storage, Hyper-converged and Composable Infrastructures, and Storage System and Application Software.
The winners in each category are published in the February issue of Storage Magazine. This issue aims to help readers identify which products they can rely on and should implement in the coming year. This year’s award competition had nearly 100 entries.
