Moshe Yanai

Moshe Yanai founded Infinidat in 2011 with the simple but challenging mission of storing the world’s ever-expanding volume of information. Over the last four decades, Mr. Yanai has an unequaled track record of developing innovative, game changing storage architectures and technologies that have enabled new business models and changed the course of information technology. Considered by many to be the single most influential thought leader in the data storage industry, Yanai’s architectures have fundamentally changed how the world stores and uses data.





Tim Millikin

Tim Millikin is with TPG Capital and is based in San Francisco, where he focuses on the firm’s technology, media, and telecom investments. At TPG, Tim serves as a Board Director at Ellucian, Infinidat, Isola Group, McAfee and has been involved in TPG’s investments in Box, Domo, SunGard Data Systems, Tanium, and Zscaler. Prior to joining TPG in 2007, Tim worked in the Technology M&A group at Morgan Stanley where he advised on and executed M&A transactions across the enterprise software, internet, technology hardware, and services sectors. Tim holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BA in economics from Dartmouth College. Tim also serves as Chairman of the Board of Minds Matter San Francisco.



Holger Staude

Holger Staude serves as Vice President at Goldman Sachs Private Capital Investing. He serves in the Private Capital Investing team, part of Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s Americas Special Situations Group. Mr. Staude invests in private, middle market companies throughout North America in the technology and healthcare sectors. He serves as the board observer at Aras Corporation. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he worked at Allen & Company. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of Kaltura Inc. He serves as a Director of The SAVO Group Ltd. and Egnyte. Mr. Staude has been a Director of ON24, Inc. since May 4, 2016 and Visicom Inc. He served as a Director of AFS Technologies, Inc. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University.



Ravi Naik

With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Ravi Naik has successfully led large transformative initiatives, leveraging ideas and technology platforms focused on future growth and opening new business models and markets. Prior to joining Seagate in 2017, Ravi was the senior vice president of technology at Katerra, a technology startup revolutionizing the construction industry by transforming the way buildings and spaces come to life. Before Katerra, in 2007 Ravi joined SanDisk to lead an enterprise-wide transformation initiative. Following the success of the SanDisk transformation, he was appointed as CIO, remaining with the organization through its sale to Western Digital in 2016. Before that, he held leadership positions at Mercury Interactive, Hewlett Packard, and 3Com Corporation. Naik holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Bombay in India.



Scott Gilbertson

Scott Gilbertson is a Partner at TPG Growth based in San Francisco, where he leads the operations and business building efforts for the fund. Prior to joining TPG in 2007, Scott was Senior Vice President of Merchandising at Under Armor. He was previously a member of TPG's operations group, where he held a number of operating positions within the TPG portfolio including three distinct positions as interim CEO, COO, and President of eCommerce at J.Crew Group. Scott holds a BA from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA and JL from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.



Gilad Shany

Gilad Shany is founder and Managing Partner at ION Crossover Partners (ICP). Prior to ICP, Gilad spent a decade investing in innovative growth companies in public and private markets with Baron Capital (New York) and more recently with Magma Venture Partners (Tel Aviv). Gilad sourced and led investments in over 40 companies. Examples include Tesla Inc., Mobileye NV, Iridium Communications Inc., Varonis Systems Inc., Fiverr and more. Gilad graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tel Aviv University with a B.S. in Physics, Astronomy and Philosophy and with Honors from the Wharton School with an M.B.A.



Hillel Moerman

Hillel Moerman co-heads the Goldman Sachs Private Capital Investing Group. The Private Capital Investing group is the firm’s investment platform dedicated to providing preferred equity and mezzanine capital to growth and middle market companies. Previously, Hillel was the CFO of Icahn Enterprises, L.P. (NYSE-IEP) and a senior member of the team responsible for operational oversight of the companies in which Carl Icahn had a controlling interest. Earlier in his career, he was a senior manager with Ernst & Young, LLP, performing financial and business due diligence for private equity firms, in the Transaction Advisory Group. Hillel is a CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree from Ner Israel College and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.



Oded Tal

As the Managing Partner of Claridge Israel, Oded is responsible for both its operations and investment activities. Oded has over 20 years of transaction experience, varying from principal investments to investment banking.

Between 2000 and 2008 Oded held the position of Vice President of Investments/CIO with Claridge Inc., the reputable, Montreal based, Bronfman Family office where he managed a diverse, international, direct investment, private equity and hedge fund investment portfolio. Following his return to Israel, Oded then went on to become an advisor to various Family Offices on private equity and other alternative investments and the Managing Partner of an Israel focused investment fund, sponsored by a leading European investment firm.
Between 2011 and 2015, Oded was Managing Director and Head of M&A at Leumi Partners, Israel’s leading merchant and investment banking group, where apart from executing transactions across multiple industries, he substantially expanded the firm’s international capabilities.

Oded also practiced law in the fields of M&A and private equity with two leading Tel Aviv law firms, and holds an MBA from McGill University and an LL.B. from Israel’s College of Management.

Oded serves on the Board of Directors of Unistream , an organization that business mentors underprivileged teens. Until 2018 Oded served on the Board of Directors of Leket Israel, Israel’s largest food bank and food rescue network.
